POLICY!

1. Turnaround Time

All design services have a 3–7 business day turnaround time starting once ALL details, photos, and payment are received.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

• Delays in sending required information will delay your order.

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upfront.

• No work will be started until payment is received.

• Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

• Chargebacks or disputes after work has started will result in a permanent ban from future services.

3. What You Must Send

To begin your order, you must provide all required details in the order form/text box.

Low-quality, blurry, or missing images will delay your order. We are not responsible for poor print quality if low-resolution images are submitted.

4. Revisions

• Each order includes a limited number of revisions (minor edits only).

• Major redesigns or starting over may require an additional fee.

• Once final files are delivered, only small edits may be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital design services:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued after work has started.

• If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be considered (minus processing time).

6. Client Conduct

Respect is required at all times.

• No disrespect, rudeness, harassment, or spam.

• If disrespectful behavior occurs, your order may be cancelled without refund and you may be refused future service.

7. Communication

Please allow reasonable time for responses. Messages are answered during business hours only. Repeated messages will not speed up your order.

8. File Delivery

Final files will be sent via email or download link once approved. It is your responsibility to download and save your files after delivery.

9. Usage

Designs are for personal/business use for the client only.
Reselling, altering, or claiming the design as your own work without permission is prohibited.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms above.
